A note on language: the legally binding versions of Arizona real estate contracts are in English, and that is true regardless of which language we discuss them in. Explaining them properly in Spanish is exactly the point.

- Si. Stephanie es trilingue: ingles, espanol y frances. No necesita traductor ni intermediario.
- Can we do the whole process in Spanish?
- Yes. Conversations, explanations and document review all happen in Spanish. The contracts themselves are in English because that is what is legally binding in Arizona, which is exactly why having them explained properly matters.
- Puedo comprar una casa sin ser ciudadano?
- En muchos casos si, y depende de su situacion migratoria y de su prestamista. Esa respuesta la da un prestamista, no un agente. Puedo recomendarle algunos que trabajan con estas situaciones regularmente.
