Privacy Policy

What this site collects, where it goes, how long it is kept and how to have it removed. Written for Stephanie Pondevie, Realtor with eXp Realty in Arizona.

Who this is and what it covers

This policy covers yourhomecomesfirst.com, which is the website of Stephanie Pondevie, a licensed Arizona Realtor with eXp Realty. It describes what the site collects from you, where that information goes, how long it is kept and how to have it removed. It was last updated on September 22, 2026.

eXp Realty maintains its own privacy policy covering information handled at the brokerage level, which is separate from this one. You can read it at the eXp Realty in Arizona privacy policy. Where the two differ on something my site does, this page is the one that describes it.

Written in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, that is worth telling me, because a policy nobody can read is not doing its job.

What the forms actually collect

The site does not collect anything about you until you choose to fill in a form. When you do, the fields are these:

  • First name and last name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number, which is optional.
  • A message, which is optional.
  • Whatever extra questions that particular form asks. A home valuation request asks about your property; a buyer form asks what you are looking for.

Alongside that, the site records how you arrived: the campaign tags on the link you clicked, the advertising click identifier if there was one, and the website you came from reduced to its name only, such as facebook.com. That describes the advertisement, not you. The full address of the page you came from is deliberately never stored, because it can carry your search terms or your profile, and that would put information in my contact system that you never agreed to give me.

Where your information goes

Two companies handle your information on my behalf, and it is worth naming them rather than describing them vaguely.

  • GoHighLevel is my contact and follow-up system. When you submit a form, that is where your details are stored so I can reply to you and keep track of our conversation.
  • Vercel hosts this website. Your form submission passes through their systems on its way to me.

I am responsible for your information even though those companies store and transmit it. Neither of them is given your information for their own marketing.

I do not sell your personal information and I do not trade it. I share it only where it is genuinely necessary to do the work you asked for: a lender if you ask me to connect you, a title and escrow company once you are in a transaction, a transaction coordinator on an active deal, or where the law requires it. In every one of those cases you will know it is happening, because it will be part of something you asked me to do.

Advertising and analytics

At the time of this update, no advertising pixel and no analytics tag is running on this site. Not Meta, not Google, not any other. With those turned off, not one third-party tracking script loads on any page you visit here.

That may change, because advertising is part of how a real estate business reaches people. If I add one, this page gets updated to name the company, say what the tag does and explain how to opt out, before the tag goes live rather than after. The site has a check built into it that refuses to launch with a tag this policy does not name.

Whatever is running, the site never puts your name, email, phone number or address into an advertising event. An event records that an inquiry happened. It never records who you are.

How long I keep it, and how to have it removed

Contacts stay in my system until I remove them. There is no automatic deletion after a set period, and I would rather tell you that plainly than describe a schedule that does not exist. Real estate works on long timelines, and someone who asks about selling this year often sells in three, which is why the record is kept.

You can ask me to delete your information at any time and I will do it. Email me and say so. You do not need to give a reason, and asking will not affect anything else.

Two things to know about what deletion can and cannot reach. Records connected to a completed real estate transaction are subject to record-keeping requirements that apply to licensed agents and brokerages, so those are kept regardless. And information already delivered to a lender or a title company at your request lives in their systems under their own policies, not mine.

Email, and how to stop it

Two different things arrive by email, and you should know which is which.

If you ask me a question, I reply to it. That is a direct answer to you and it is not marketing.

I also send marketing email: market updates, neighborhood information, and material about buying and selling. If you fill in a form on this site, you may receive that as well as a reply. Every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and using it does not stop me replying to a question you actually asked me.

Your choices, and how to reach me

You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop emailing you or to stop texting you. Email is the fastest route and I do not need a form for it.

This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. A change that affects what I do with information already collected will be said plainly rather than slipped into a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you sell my information?

No. I do not sell it and I do not trade it. It is shared only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for, such as connecting you with a lender you asked to be connected to, or a title company once you are in a transaction, or where the law requires it.

How do I stop getting your emails?

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. It works immediately. That stops the marketing and does not stop me replying to a question you actually asked me.

How do I get my information deleted?

Email me and ask. You do not need a reason. Records tied to a completed real estate transaction are kept because licensed agents and brokerages are required to keep them, and anything already sent to a lender or title company at your request sits in their systems under their policies rather than mine.

Are there tracking pixels on this site?

Not at the time this page was last updated. No Meta pixel, no Google tag, no third-party tracking script of any kind. If that changes, this page will name the company and explain how to opt out before the tag goes live.
