Stephanie got into real estate after becoming a single mom when her son was just a year old. Rather than sticking to the easiest path, she leaned into the markets other agents often shy away from — probates, divorces, expired listings, foreclosures. "I was never afraid to touch the harder deals," she says. "Those are often exactly where people need the most help."

Born in Mexico City and raised in the French Riviera, Stephanie speaks three languages and brings a genuine, firsthand understanding of multicultural families to her work. Whether a client is more comfortable in English, Spanish, or French, she makes sure the experience feels the same: clear, personal, and fully attended to.

She graduated from Arizona State University with a 3.56 GPA in Psychology — a background that shows up in how she works with clients today. "I'll always look outside the box to find a solution," she says. "People don't always understand what it means to be a Gemini, or how our brains actually work — but we're wired to see a problem from every angle almost before someone finishes their sentence. That's what lets me come up with multiple solutions to a challenge and figure out which one is actually the best fit, instead of just going with the first idea. In real estate, where every deal has its own complications, that's a real advantage."

Over the years, Stephanie has helped numerous single moms find security for their families by guiding them through the home-buying process. She's also helped sellers structure deals that protected more of their equity — equity that, in more than one case, went on to support a family member's medical care.

With over 12 years of experience and more than 100 homes sold — both on and off market — Stephanie holds ABR® and SRS® designations and specializes in expired listings and higher-value homes in the $600K–$1.2M+ range.

Outside of real estate, Stephanie can usually be found horseback riding, working through a good puzzle, or watching a detective show — always trying to figure out the culprit before the reveal.
